SINVOZ - Reconstruction, Overhaul and Maintenance Services

ŠINVOZ deals with the reconstruction, overhaul and maintenance of guided vehicles for the railway industry. The company was established in 1877 and today it leads the Serbia and Montenegro region in its sphere of activity, with 45,000m² of production and administrative space, state-of-the-art equipment and about 700 employees.

The overhaul processes are carried out in specialised workshops, equipped for dismantling, fault clearance, repair, assembly and testing of the repaired sets.

SUPPLY OF REMOTORISED AND MODERNISED LOCOMOTIVES

We are the owners of a number of second-hand locomotives of the series JŽ 641, produced by Ganz Mavag, and locomotives of the series JŽ 661, G-16, produced by General Motors, which we offer for sale overhauled, remotorised and modernised to suit the buyers needs, according to our turnkey system.

OVERHAUL AND RECONSTRUCTION OF DIESEL ELECTRIC LOCOMOTIVES

We possess all the necessary facilities to provide maintenance services, overhaul, reconstruction, remotorisation and modernisation of diesel electric locomotives of the series JŽ 641, 642 and 643, produced by Ganz Mavag, Hungary and Brissonneau et Lotz, France, and the locomotives of the series JŽ 661, G-16, produced General Motors.

SUPPLY OF FREIGHT WAGONS

ŠINVOZ possesses a great number of base wagons of the types: Gas, Gbs and Galms intended for reconstruction into Eaos, Himrrs and Rilms wagons.

We are in a position to offer the interested buyers high-quality reconstructed wagons for international transport. We also possess second-hand Eas wagons and we can offer them fully overhauled and ready for international transport, as well as repaired second-hand freight wagon spare parts and sets.

OVERHAUL AND RECONSTRUCTION OF FREIGHT WAGONS AND TANK WAGONS

We possess all the necessary potentials for full maintenance, overhaul, reconstruction and modernisation of all types of freight wagons and tank wagons.

OVERHAUL OF ELECTRIC MOTOR AND DIESEL MOTOR PASSENGER TRAINS

One of the basic services is the overhaul of passenger electric motor trains of the series JŽ 412/416, produced by RVZ, Riga, Latvia and diesel motor trains of the series JŽ 812/814 and JŽ 712/714, produced by MACOSA, Spain, as well as the diesel motor trains Y1. We can offer full maintenance, and extraordinary, medium and substantive repairs of any trains in these series.

OVERHAUL OF STEAM LOCOMOTIVES

We have a rich experience and all the necessary resources for the overhaul and reparation of all types of steam engine locomotives for the following gauge widths: 600mm, 750mm, 760mm and 1,435mm. The overhaul of locomotives used for pulling is carried out in compliance with all regulations and recommendations in force. We also issue full technical documentation for the work done and functionality of all devices and sets for the fixed exploitation period.

Reparation of steam engine locomotives for museum exhibits is carried out in such a way that the locomotive is equipped with all devices, but is not operational for pulling.

PARTS AND SETS PRODUCTION

ŠINVOZ produces parts and sets for guided vehicles. Its product range includes the production of castings of grey iron and non-ferrous metals, parts and devices for brake systems, electric assemblies, wheel sets for guided vehicles and the services of complex machining, thermal working and metal-graphic tests.

Quality assurance, durability and reliability of the necessary parts and sets are assured through the use of services and experiences from faculties, and scientific institutions and institutes.
