Eurailpool

Eurailpool - Material Conveyor and Hopper Units, and Loading Systems

Eurailpool is a German-Austrian joint venture company that was founded in 2001. We are your competent partner for all aspects of track-bound sub-grade rehabilitation for rail tracks. We operate three different formation rehabilitation machines and over 100 MFS.

Eurailpool processes full engineering projects with formation rehabilitation.

THE NEWEST GENERATION OF FORMATION REHABILITATION

The PM 200-2 R is the newest formation rehabilitation machine with integrated ballast-recycling currently in operation in Europe.

This formulation rehabilitation machine is the first machine to offer the option of washing the ballast, which has been pre-cleaned using finger and vibrating screens, in the case of extremely cohesive ground conditions. This is carried out by means of a closed-loop water circuit within the machine.

The ballast and earthen sub-grade are removed using two excavating chains. Installation of the formation layer and the cleaned, recycled ballast, which is washed if necessary, is also carried out in one operation, adding new ballast as filler ballast. The integrated tamping unit is used to tamp the rehabilitated track, which can be driven over at 70km/h.

FORMATION REHABILITATION IN MODULAR DESIGN

The PM 200-1 BR/C can be used to completely renew and clean ballast. This rehabilitation machine can also be used to produce Grade 2 mixture from existing, old ballast, as well as for track-bound formation rehabilitation.

The PM 200-1 BR/C can be used in periods of possession of seven hours and more. Please download the PDF data sheet from our website for further information.

INSTALLING FORMATION LAYERS

The AHM 800-R is used on sections in which Grade 2 mixture is installed. It is able to remove the ballast with the ballast excavating chain, crush it on the machine, mix it with new material and re-install it as a formation layer / frost layer. Installation of the new ballast is carried out in a separate operation

MFS 40/45/100

MFS 40/45/100 material conveyor and hopper units serve both to supply material and to transport the excavated material away without using the adjacent track.

Loading is carried out using a wheel loader or excavator via a loading station or directly into the MFS. The excavated material is unloaded to temporary storage sites or onto K-wagons via swivelling conveyor belts.

THE FUTURE OF RAIL TRANSPORTATION

We consider ourselves to be a quality service provider, meeting the expectations of our customers under reliable, safe and environmentally friendly conditions.

The quality of our company’s performance is required, both externally in interaction with customers and suppliers, and within the company in controlling internal processes. In particular, this is achieved via the implementation of constant self-monitoring as part of our quality management system.
