Energoport - Materials for Wagon Construction / Renovation and Railway Track Building and Maintenance

Energoport Ltd. is a privately owned enterprise located in the Upper Silesia in Rybnik, Poland. The company has been operating in the railway market since 1995. Initially, its core activity was the coal industry and the supplying of machines and equipment to coal mines.

In 1999 when PTKiGK S.A. (a Railway Transport and Stone Management System Company) acquired Energoport's shares, the company decided to focus on various branches of activity.

CONSTRUCTION, RENOVATION, BUILDING AND MAINENANCE MATERIALS

Energoport started trading in spare parts for Czech (S200, T448p) and Russian locomotives (TEM2), as well as materials for the construction / renovation of wagons and for the building and maintenance of railway tracks.

Thanks to dealers' contracts we can provide our customers with goods manufactured by the largest Polish producers (KZN Biezanów Sp. z o.o., Huta Królewska Sp. z o.o., Fabryka Srub 'Srubena-Produkcja' Sp. z o.o. in Zywiec) at the lowest prices. The goods offered by Energoport have all of the necessary UE certificates.

Energoport provides all accessories for building and modernising rail tracks. We serve firms throughout the whole of Poland.

TURNOUTS

Energoport is the authorised sales representative of KZN Biezanów Sp. z o.o. We offer turnouts with single crossing frogs, consisting of welded and forged frog point as well as double-crossing frogs.

RAILS

We represent Huta Królewska on the market; their products are known throughout the whole world. They boast high quality manufactured goods as well as certificates and approvals from foreign markets. We offer our customers standard-gauge rails UIC 60, S49, intermediary rails, crane and bridge rails. Moreover we supply ribbed plates, fishplates, soleplates, clamps and yokes.

BOLTS

We provide special products and accessories – T-head bolts, special bolts, fishplate bolts, alloy bolts, nuts, rivets, screws and others produced by Fabryka Srub 'Srubena'. Srubena is one of the leading industrial fasteners manufacturers in Poland and Europe, providing many products including railway structures with cold and hot-formed fasteners. They are known for their standards of production and are a member of EIFI.

This year we have established and applied a quality system in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 certified by RWTÜV Polska Sp. z o.o. This confirms that we provide services of the highest quality.

CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS

At first, Energoport's basic activity included handling supplies for the Capital Group created by PTKiGK SA in Rybnik. Today we supply products countrywide, allowing our clients to provide railway transportation services and to maintain and modernise railway rolling stock and rolling tracks throughout Poland.

The company intends to become one of the main logistic operators in southern Poland, satisfying clients' needs in the rail and steel sectors.

It should be stressed that the current trade activity of Energoport aims to provide comprehensive solutions to its customers, increasing turnover and lowering margins, which is an important element of the company's competitiveness on the market.
