IKUSI Provides Closed Circuit Television the Mexico City Suburban Train Network.

A total of 20 trains, which will soon be running in a new suburban train network connecting the Mexican capital city to the municipality of Cuautitlán, will be equipped with a CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) system by IKUSI. In the first stage of operation, these trains will operate a route of 27 kilometers. It is predicted that they will transport up to 320,000 passengers every day.
This system, one of the most popular of IKUSI's products, uses the latest technologies of digitalization and image processing to offer a solution that provides registry, analysis and real time supervision of the images taken by the units. The system counts on special purpose cameras designed to substitute rear view mirrors and frontal cameras to obtain better monitoring. The processing of the real time images for each camera makes it possible to establish sensitive areas for triggering security alarms.
