As the first company in the world, the Danish Focon Electronic Systems A/S in Sønderborg has been awarded an IRIS certificate for its passenger information systems for trains and is now expecting great results from the growing global demand.
Through a targeted effort Focon Electronic Systems A/S has been awarded the first IRIS certificate in the world, number one from BVQI, and the first in Denmark within passenger information for trains.
Senior Manager of sales and marketing, Jens Møldrup, commented: "We are now even more prepared for conducting the development within passenger information in the upcoming years. And our customers need no longer audit Focon to approve us as supplier.
Recently Focon received several orders for delivery of information systems, among others for tram cars for Jerusalem and s-trains for Stockholm; and great results from future orders in Europe and the East are to be expected.
