Focon Electronic Systems A/S in Sønderborg Wins a Number of Orders

Focon has received an order from Siemens Transportation for the provision of passenger information systems for ten high-speed trains to be operated in Spain, bringing the total number of systems for this type of trains to 26.
The initial equipment for this project was delivered between 2002 and 2004. This order came just as Focon delivered another substantial order for 22 Focon systems to Bombardier. These 22 systems have been implemented in trains in Germany.
Finally, Focon has been awarded an order for the supply of 600 TFT monitors for use on trains in the Middle East. Focon was the pioneer in flat screens applicable for trains, which has resulted in the leading position in the market.
