OUTDOOR LCD / TFT DISPLAYS

CONRAC's IP-TEC series of large screen LCD / TFT displays has been specially designed for outdoor applications, such as on public transport, as well as indoor use with special requirements regarding environmental conditions.

The main fields of application of these LCD / TFT displays are railways, rapid-transit railway systems, subways and bus terminals, where customisation of the displays is important. The IP54-protected indicators are based on a modular construction, allowing for various configurations.

IP54 HOUSING OUTDOOR LCD / TFT DISPLAYS

The 6932 PD IP-TEC, 6940 PD IP-TEC, 6946 PD IP-TEC and 6982 PD IP-TEC LCD / TFT displays feature robust IP54 metal housing with a safety glass panel. Their modular construction allows various configurations and options, including:

• Various display diagonals
• Different number of displays
• Single-sided and double-sided display indicators
• Additional areas possible, e.g. for track number or clock
• Front access feature
• Integrated display heating and ventilation
• Integrated loudspeaker systems
• The possibility to display information in portrait and landscape mode

There are different versions of these displays available, including:

• Intelligent display with integrated Graphic Engine Board (GEB)controller
• Monitor-only version for connection to PC systems

For applications where IP20 housing is sufficient, we offer LCD / TFT and plasma displays in various sizes.
