For over 40 years, TMT has specialized in engineered elastomeric products for the railway, automotive and industrial products markets. TMT has the National Technical Center which can enjoy preferential policies from Chinese Government, and its unique national laboratory accredited by Chinese Ministry of Railway for railway elastomeric components.

TMT has taken over 70% of the Chinese domestic market share and also has the worldwide market in Europe, North America and Asia.

ELASTOMERIC COMPONENTS FOR RAILWAY AND INDUSTRIAL

TMT elastomeric components include:

• Suspension parts on bogie: all elastomeric parts including primary spring, chevron spring, sidebearer, engine mount, rubber pad, damper bushing, link bushing, bumper stop etc.
• System parts on bogie: traction link assembly, air spring system and anti-roll bar system
• Engineering plastics parts and household machine plastics parts
• Advanced insulating paints
• Bridge rubber bearing; bridge expansion joint
• Composite insulator on locomotive

RUBBER COMPOUND DEVELOPMENT

Rubber compound development at TMT is ongoing and provides a base of elastomeric compounds to match any application. Our new 'extended life' recipes have significantly improved the service life of existing products. State-of-the-art recipes are available for all ranges of temperature, frequency and strain level found in the most demanding applications.

TMT has a production capacity of four million pieces of elastomeric parts, 2,000t of rubber compound, 2,000t of plastics and 8,000t of insulation paints.
