Rexquote's New Product Support Building Opens

Rexquote would like to announce the opening of their new purpose built product support building. The building will house the Spare Parts and Service departments and will offer dedicated customer support on all Rexquote products.
Dennis Bennett has been appointed Service Manager and will be the customer’s point of contact for all service and warranty enquiries. He will also offer over the phone technical support. He will also be responsible for co-ordinating Rexquote’s team of specially trained service engineers.
Rexquote understand the industry requirement for fast response. All product support vehicles are equipped with a stock of parts and specialist tools to ensure speedy on-site diagnosis and repairs to save the customer time and money.
Adrian Cawte is now responsible for the organisation and management of the spare parts department. He will handle all customer enquiries and sales of spare parts.
The new building will house stock of regularly asked for spare parts and consumables to enable fast delivery of vital parts to customers when they need them.
Rexquote Product Support will help to ensure customer satisfaction continues long after the machine has been delivered.
