Mohan Rail Components (MRC) was established in 1988 to design and manufacture railway seats and berths in India. Today, we are one of the largest integrated groups in India, offering various products to rail industry. Products include seats, berths, doors, windows, HVAC solutions, honeycomb panels, FRP products, water tanks and all other sheet metal components.

Designed by the company in co-operation with research and development centres, each product is an updated technical solution. The staff and technical supervisors consist of workers with long experience.

MRC equipment designs handle all rail application environments with ease using the latest technology in PLC, electronic controls and environmentally friendly refrigerants. STRENGTH OF DESIGN

All units are designed at our engineering centre using the latest design technology consisting of a combination of 3D modelling, Finite Element Analysis (FEM) and Failure Mode Effect Criticality Analysis (FMECA). This use of technology ensures that our products will withstand the most rigorous operating conditions and may be used in areas previously thought to be inaccessible.

This process of design and testing gives us the confidence to guarantee that the units will handle the elements and vibrations. It also promises an extended life expectancy in their operating environments on the vehicle.
