However, we also have deep roots in the rail car components, load securement, product protection and railway track testing services. FLEXIBLE ELECTRIC FLASH-BUTT WELDING EQUIPMENT

Holland electric flash-butt welders are complete and self-contained welding plants that showcase a welder head that is designed for all sizes of rail, and feature a complete, electric flash-butt welder system. Holland MobileWelder trucks come complete with a diesel generator set and an overhead boom crane that lifts the welder head when working on either field or gauge-side rails. When working overhead, the welder head is suspended from an independent hydraulic crane. Unmatched flexibility allows the MobileWelder to work on track, in tunnels and transit guideways

TIME-EFFICIENT COMPUTERIZED WELDER HEAD SYSTEM

The most important feature of electric flash-butt welders is the weld time itself. Holland electric flash-butt welders have the capacity to weld rail in an efficient 90 to 270 seconds. That's up to nine welds per hour, saving your company valuable track time.

Holland's totally computerized welder head system reduces human error and allows the welding program to be changed according to the chemical properties of the rail. This increases the basic quality of the weld, and the weld lasts the life of the rail.

Also, because the MobileWelder works so quickly and efficiently, it saves your employees valuable time, reducing the maintenance window and allowing them to work on other maintenance projects. FIXED PLANT RAIL WELDING AND MOBILE IN-TRACK ELECTRIC FLASH-BUTT RAIL WELDING

Holland's equipment division designs, engineers and builds the most complete line of electric flash-butt welding equipment available for both fixed plant rail welding and mobile in-track electric flash-butt rail welding.

Holland's contract welding services division boasts the largest fleet of mobile electric flash-butt welding units in the world. We operate four fixed welding plants as well as over 55 mobile rail welding units. The equipment division and the contract welding division continue to push new technology such as low consumption welds and closure welding with 160t Super Puller.

LOAD AXLE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM

Holland track testing service division designs and operates the largest contract fleet of high rail track testing vehicles. Our testing units include the Holland patented Load Axle Measurement System to measure the actual strength of the railway sleepers / ties and fastening systems. This technology is combined with geometry and rail profile measurement to enable true performance based railway track evaluation.

LOAD SECUREMENT AND RAIL CAR WEAR ELIMINATORS

Holland's transportation products division designs, engineers and provides solutions for freight cars, specializing in load securement with the industry leading container twist lock. The Holland twist lock has become the standard for securing shipping containers to railway flat cars throughout the world. Additionally, this division supplies rail car wear eliminators.
