FLEXVERTER – CUSTOMISED AUXILIARY POWER SUPPLY SOLUTION (APS, LVPS, IVPS)

Our range covers simple inverters and battery chargers through to very complex and redundant auxiliary power supply systems with intelligent load management. We have designed our equipment to meet the varying requirements of our customers. The following summary gives an indication of the type and size of projects that we have implemented to date:

• Input range AC: 230VAC to 1,500VAC
• Input range DC: 72VDC to 3,000VDC
• Output voltage AC: 110VAC to 1,500VAC
• Output voltage DC: 24VDC to 650VDC
• Other outputs: combined AC and DC outputs and battery charging
• Output power: 2kVA to 580kVA

COMBIVERTER – MODULAR AND PRICE SENSITIVE (APS, LVPS, IVPS)

Our modular design reduces development efforts and has proved its reliability on thousands of units. Our patented HIT technology offers lightweight solutions with galvanic isolation. The same broad range of input and output voltages is available to compliment our Flexverter design. The output power ranges from 6kWDC to 20kWDC and 15kVAC to 210kVAC.

A broad range of additional modules covers requirements like dead battery start, battery charging, and communication ports RS232 and RS484. It also supports any type of vehicle bus system like MVB, CAN, CAN-Open, Bitbus and LONbus as well as the PC104 based interface cards. All products are available in roof-mounted, under-floor or rack-mounted designs as well as with cooling options of convection, forced air or water-cooled.

The Combiverter leaves room for high flexibility beyond the indicated ranges and can be tailored to your needs.

COOLCON – INTEGRATED INTO THE AIR CONDITIONING (APC, HVAC, INVERTER)

Coolcon is a DC/AC-AC converter for integration into an air conditioning system as a plug-and-play solution, ideally suited to the refurbishment and retrofit of air conditioning systems in existing cars as well as on new vehicles for distributed solutions. The converter has proven itself in rail vehicles and offers a stable output voltage that is easy on the consumer and allows standard industry components to be used in the air conditioning system.

Coolcon is designed for 600VAC / 750VAC or DC input voltage as well as for 1,500VAC and DC in the power classes of 5kVA to 35kVA.
