Next year, Russian State Railways will introduce a new generation of three-car diesel railcars in Moscow. For this project, Voith Turbo will deliver a total of 65 turbo transmissions to the Russian company Metrowagonmasch where these railcars are built. A total of 80 of these Powerpacks with T 211 re.3 + KB 190, installed in two-car Metrowagonmasch vehicles have been in operation in Hungary for three years.

Moreover, test runs with two prototype vehicles of the new three-car vehicle generation of Metrowagonmasch with Voith Turbo transmissions have been successfully concluded. The three-car diesel railcars with 65 Voith turbo transmissions are all destined for the Moscow Ring.
