LOCOMOTIVE FUEL TRANSFER PUMPS

AC locomotive fuel transfer pumps are designed specifically for the most severe locomotive environments. The robust pump reduces initial cost and eliminates all fuel pump related maintenance costs for the life of the product.

Each standard pump utilizes a DC input inverter, which accepts standard 74VDC input from the locomotive battery to drive a maintenance-free three-phase AC induction motor. The motor and inverter are fuel cooled for extended trouble-free service.

Modified packages are available that allow the pump to run on a wide range of DC inputs. The inverter is designed to accommodate the wide voltage swings of the locomotive electrical system, and a self-protection circuit allows each pump to maintain operation at voltages that can periodically drop to as low as 25VDC.

The overall package is extremely compact and facilitates a wide variety of installation conditions. Fuel transfer pumps are available in 1.7gpm to 12gpm capacities with outlet pressures up to 150psi.

LUBE PUMPS, PRE LUBE AND TURBO SOAK-BACK PUMPS

Based on the same patented technologies employed on Paragon's fuel transfer pumps, Paragon's lube pumps, pre lube and turbo soak-back pumps offer the same incredible reliability, performance and cost efficiencies.

Lube oil pumps are available in 0.25gpm to 30gpm capacities with outlet pressures up to 130psi. A variety of pre-lube and turbo soak-back pumps are also available.
