FRITS CONNECTORS

The FRITS series of connectors is manufactured in accordance with the VG95234 specification and the electrical design parameters of MIL-C-5015, providing high reliability and vibration resistance. With gold contacts as standard, these reverse-bayonet power and signal connectors are the products of choice for both internal and external applications for rolling stock.

FRITS connectors are intermateable and interchangeable with other manufacturers, and are approved by Metronet. The FRITS range of connectors is RoHS compliant, and is available in a variety of finishes including stainless steel. Servo assembles the FRITS range in the UK and offers a three-day lead-time service.

ITH CONNECTORS

The ITH series conforms to NF 61-030, NF F 16-102, BS 6853 and UL94-V0, and is a revision of the VG95234 series. The main characteristic that differentiates ITH connectors from the above FRITS connectors is the rigid contact insert that provides reduced assembly time and better electrical insulation, while allowing keyway changes to be made by customers. This connector is used and approved in Europe for the latest train builds, and is RoHS compliant.

CABLE GLANDS

Servo stock the Blue Globe range of cable glands, which are IP68 rated, and free of both halogen and plasticisers. These metric glands are available in both plastic and nickel-brass, and they are ideal for the mass transit market. We also stock Pflitsch multi-holed glands and EMC glands, all of which are rated IP68.
