Electro Crimp Contacts (ECC) is a leading designer, manufacturer and exporter of electrical cable terminals, terminal lugs, cable glands and MCB channels for the railway and transportation industries.

Established in 1986, ECC was backed by its sister concern Chandrashekhar Electricals for manufacturing, contracting and consultancy in the field of electrical equipment and crimping technology.

ECC is equipped with a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit, the latest machinery, and in-house testing and development laboratories. The company processes 150Mt to 200Mt of copper, aluminium, brass and phosphor bronze per annum. Our current product line includes a wide range of terminal lugs suitable for 0.5mm² to 1,000mm² cables.

Our company is accredited with ISO 9001:2000 certification and manufactures products according to the following standards: IS (Indian Standard), BS (British Standard) and DIN (German Standard). We are committed to the highest standards of quality, reliability and service.

COPPER AND ALUMINIUM TUBULAR TERMINALS AND TERMINAL LUGS

ECC offers a wide range of copper and aluminium tubular terminals and terminal lugs. The copper and aluminium tubular terminals and terminal lugs are available in sizes ranging from 1.5mm² to 1,000mm².

COPPER AND ALUMINIUM TUBULAR INLINE CONNECTORS AND FERRULES

ECC produces a broad range of copper and aluminium tubular inline connectors and ferrules, with power, signal and coax contacts. The copper and aluminium tubular inline connectors and ferrules are based on superior technology. They are available in sizes 1.5mm² to 1,000mm². Knurling is provided on the barrel for a better grip on the conductors.

COPPER STRIP TERMINALS

ECC manufactures an extensive range of copper strip terminals that include ring-tongue copper strip terminals, fork copper strip terminals, Y-hook copper strip terminals and insulated copper strip terminals. Copper cable terminals are manufactured from copper, which is annealed to maximum ductility.

The copper strip terminals are manufactured from raw materials to the following standards:

  • High conductivity electrolytic copper strips as per IS 1897
  • High conductivity electrolytic copper pipes as per BS 1977
  • Aluminium pipes of electrolytic grade IS 5082

PHOSPHOR BRONZE RECEPTACLES

ECC offers several types of phosphor bronze receptacles for a variety of applications. The phosphor bronze receptacle set includes receptacles for male and female terminals.

BRASS CABLE GLANDS

The company produces a wide range of brass cable glands. These brass cable glands are used for general industrial applications. They are safe, deluge proof, flameproof and explosion proof.
