INTERCONNECTION SOLUTIONS FOR ROLLING STOCK AND RAIL INFRASTRUCTURE

Aviotech Cable Systems designs and manufactures switchgears, consoles, mounting for electrical components, devices, apparatus and PLCs as well as the assembly and wiring of complete control cabinets.

We provide project management and consulting services on established designs and cost-reduction projects for low, medium or high volume production. We can provide the manufacturing solutions to enhance your current production methods such as prototyping, ship to line or JIT.

CABLE ASSEMBLY FOR RAILWAY VEHICLES

Over ten years of tradition in aviation business determinates our quality and safety standards, which comply with requirements of certification PART 21. Most of our products are manufactured according to documentation provided by the customers. However, significant amounts of the products we supply are designed by our engineers. These products are used in utility vehicles, helicopters and industrial machinery.

ASSEMBLY AND WIRING OF COMPLETE CONTROL CABINETS

The division of energo-electronic applications offers complete system solutions. We can complete the assembly and wiring of complete control cabinets, as well as the mounting of electrical components, devices and apparatus. All equipment assembled by Aviotech is started-up and fully tested on-site according to customer specifications.
