Rail welding factory and machines

Nencki provides a complete welding factory or individual machines for long-welded rails. The available range of machinery and equipment includes:

Rail-end brushing machines

Rail-end brushing units are installed before the welding machines and their primary function is to remove stains, rust and other impurities from rail ends, to achieve an excellent mechanical contact surface for welding.

Rail transport clamping devices as well as a dust extractor are included in the machines.

Rail profile grinding machines

Rail profile grinding machines are used for reproduction of the exact rail profile on the welded joint within the profile head. The finishing grinding machine is integrated in the welding line and used for machining new and old rails. It is usually placed between the straightening press and the final control.

The rail profile grinding machines are compact, independent systems consisting of a self-propelled under-frame, complete grinding unit, hydraulic power pack, electrical / electronic control and a rear-mounted dust extractor.

Mobile straightening press

Nencki provides mobile straightening presses for rail and switch tongue profiles. Easy exchangeable press tools allow a fast set-up for other profiles. Versions for operation by hand pump or electric motor are available, with variable press forces of 90t or 120t.
